<body> <center> <h1 align="center">CHARLES COX</h1> <p align="justify">Charles Cox was raised in Santa Cruz, California.  He worked with his father in the cabinet, construction and property development business for many years before venturing into his own business.  He moved to San Diego County in 1982 joining Dennis Connor's successful America's Cup team in 1985 culminating in winning the Cup in 1987 in Australia.</p> <p align="justify"><font size="2" class="auto-style6">Upon returning from Australia he entered the yacht brokerage business in San Diego working on Shelter Island.<br>                                <br> Charles’ ambition led him to Ft. Lauderdale Florida to further his yacht brokerage career.  After selling multi-million dollar yachts; some over 150’ in length, he added jet aircraft brokerage for his exclusive clientele and finally real estate acquisitions to his areas of expertise.                                                                 <br> <br> His indoctrination into expensive assets and their acquisitions led him through challenging work in international business affairs, corporate planning analysis & business development.</font></p> <p align="justify">Charles decided to approach the real estate industry different than anyone else in Santa Cruz County. What he enjoyed most was working with and helping real estate buyers and realizing most were not obtaining true exclusive representation, he joined both the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents, the California Association of Exclusive Buyers agents and Coastal Bay Properties was born.</p> <p align="justify"><font size="2" class="auto-style6">After a few years of developing Coastal Bay Properties' web site as a prominent source for Charles' clients, he also started a web design and marketing company called <font color="#002b55"> <a target="_top" href="http://www.2cSystems.com">2cSystems</a></font>, offering his expertise in Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to other companies.</font></p> <p align="justify">Having also been helping his clients with financing, he has started another company that provided financing for large projects both Domestically and Internationally called Transnational West as an associate of Trans National Management, Inc. in Florida.</p> <p align="justify">Currently Charles was specializing in commercial real estate financing until the financial collapse and foreclosure mess that came to be in approximately 2008.</p> <p align="justify">Now charles has taken up the cause to help fight home foreclosures and helping attorneys who represent clients litigating those cases and he and his family just moved to Central Point Oregon.</p> </center> <p class="auto-style7">This important concept could not be more appropriate in these trying times.  In order to stave off and push back the largest land-grab and confiscation of private wealth in the history of mankind, we MUST UNITE.</p> <center> <p class="auto-style7">You may have heard of Charles Ponzi; Bernie Madoff; Nelson and William Hunt (“the Hunt Brothers”) but they were amateurs compared to the characters we are facing in this foreclosure mess.  What we are up against is nothing less than the systematic destruction of the American Dream and our way of life as we know it; and it MUST be stopped!  If you are here reading this, you already know about the problem.</p> <center> <p class="auto-style7">The solution requires a united collaborative effort to take on these crooks and force the courts to PROPERLY apply the rule-of-law and due-process, rather than the “Golden Rule” (those with the gold, make the rules).</p> <center> <p class="auto-style7">Resist diversions such as “short sales”, “loan modifications”; “HAMP”; etc.  Keep your eye on the ball.  The land title process is being eviscerated right before our very eyes.  Join the fight and don’t let them get away with it.  Slam the door on anything that might suggest “we’re from the government and we’re here to help”...believe me, they aren’t.</p> <p class="auto-style2">See <a href="http://www.nhcwest.com"> http://www.nhcwest.com</a> and join the fight against the banksters that are destroying our Country.</p> <center> <p align="justify"><font size="2" class="auto-style6">When he isn't working, you can find Charles either competing in <a href="http://www.scca.com"> SCCA</a> Solo II events (see: <a href="http://www.miata-power.com"> www.miata-power.com</a> or <a href="http://www.crsperformance.com"> www.crsperformance.com</a> ) or sailing with his friends on San Diego Bay.</font></p> <p align="justify"> <a href="http://www.coastalbay.com/contactus.htm">Contact Charles</a></p> </center> </center> </center> </center> </body>
